Lot Attendant and Detail Personnel
Richmond Ford Lincoln is seeking a person to wash and vacuum vehicles and make sure they are otherwise ready for sale. You will also be responsible for moving vehicles on the lot and other tasks to assist the Sales team. The successful candidate will be experienced in auto detailing, capable of handling light administrative tasks and be well organized. All applicants must have a valid and clean driving record, be able to pass drug testing, background check, and be capable of working nights and weekends.

Service Technician
Responsibilities:
-Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and provide un-paralleled levels of customer service - Perform diagnosis and repair including identifying customer's primary concerns, offering diagnostic recommendation - Perform a vehicle inspection, checking maintenance needs, tire condition, brakes, alignment, fluid leaks, steering and suspension, wiper condition and recording vehicle information accurately - Operate a variety of software programs including ADP, Ford/Lincoln maintenance and MPI software - Maintain a daily log of flat rate hours produced - Complete tasks in a timely matter to insure repair orders is complete when the customer takes delivery of their vehicle - Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines - Support our service advisors at all times
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent - 3-5 yrs. Experience in a dealership environment, 3 + years in the automotive industry -Factory Trained Master Status / OEM or aftermarket certifications - ASE Master Certification is a plus - VA Safety Inspector is a PLUS - Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance a technician - Clean driving record - Pass Background Check-Pass drug test
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Understand the methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles including explaining testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic, brakes, explaining testing and repair of electronic systems and modules - Operate factory software and recommend factory required maintenance - Understand automotive equipment and services - Operate a hand held tablet - Understand and be able to explain chemicals and lubricants used in automotive servicing - Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions - Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationship with those contacted in the course of work, including and most important the public
