PERFORMANCE
Ford F-350

Every Ford commercial truck comes loaded with a strong and responsive engine under its hood. The Ford F-350 and the F-450 come with multiple available motors, so you can choose your favorite engine and output.

Under the Hood of the F-350

The F-350 uses a standard 6.8L V8 engine, which generates a robust 405 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque. Of course, this is just the start of the amazing power you can find under the hood of this truck. If you want to increase your power, you might choose one of these options:

  • 7.3L V8 gas engine
  • 6.7L V8 diesel engine
Robust Engines With the F-450

When you get behind the wheel of the F-450, you’ll once again be able to choose from multiple options when it comes to your powertrain. For instance, the standard engine is a 6.7L Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel engine.

However, you can also upgrade to the available 6.7L High Output Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel engine, which will provide 500 horsepower and 1,200 lb-ft of torque.

With the TorqShift® 10-speed automatic transmission, you'll have a smooth and stable drive with every trip for both the F-350 and the F-450. You've also got five selectable drive modes to choose from.

CAPABILITY
Ford F-350

As soon as you see the Ford F-350 and the Ford F-450, it's clear these aren't ordinary trucks. Their bold and aggressive frames not only make a statement on the road, but they're also durable enough to take on rough weather and haul heavy equipment.

Towing Power

Each truck's strong frames and potent engines can easily tow tremendous weight. For instance, the F-350 can be configured for both conventional and 5th-wheel/gooseneck towing. Both options allow you to pull over 20,000 pounds.

The F-450, on the other hand, has a best-in-class towing capacity of 40,000 pounds when properly equipped with gooseneck towing.

Payload

Both models can carry quite a lot in their truck beds. In fact, the Ford F-350 can hold up to 8,000 pounds when equipped with the gas engine.

The Ford F-450, which offers diesel engines, can also haul a lot of weight. In fact, with the diesel engine equipped, these trucks can still hold up to 7,100 pounds.

INTERIOR
Ford F-350

As you venture from campsite to campsite or to a construction site a few hours away, it’s important to stay as comfortable as possible. With a Ford truck, you’ll have your choice between multiple cabin options.

Sit Back and Relax

You’ll be able to choose from the Regular Cab and the Crew Cab. The Regular Cab has one row of seating to make space for three passengers, while the Crew Cab adds on a rear row of seating to increase seating capacity to six passengers.

You’ll also find these dimensions with the Crew Cab:

  • Headroom (front/rear): 40.8/40.4 inches
  • Legroom (front/rear): 43.9/43.6 inches
The SuperCab

The F-350 also has the SuperCab option, which is a great middle ground between the two versions above. While it also has a second row of seating for up to six passengers, its rear row has less legroom if you don’t need as much space for your back-seat friends:

  • Front Headroom: 40.8 inches
  • Rear Headroom: 40.3 inches
  • Front Legroom: 43.9 inches
  • Rear Legroom: 33.5 inches
