The Ford Maverick is a truck prepared to get the job done. Under the hood, you'll find a standard fuel-efficient 2.5L full hybrid 4-cylinder engine with 191 combined horsepower. When properly equipped, the Maverick has a maximum towing capacity of 4,000 pounds and a payload capacity of 1,500 pounds.

The bed of the Maverick has quite a bit of versatility thanks to available DIY dividers, bed lighting, and more. Six tie-downs come standard as well to help you secure your items. You can even use the tie-downs as bottle openers.

Ford Maverick Trim Levels

The Ford Maverick has three trim levels:

• XL
• XLT
• LARIAT

The XL trim is the base-level Maverick trim. The XL trim comes with the standard 2.5L full hybrid 4-cylinder engine. The interior features an 8-inch LCD touchscreen as the infotainment system, rear under-seat storage, and cloth seats.

The XLT trim is the midtier Maverick trim. This trim offers available heated seats for chilly winters. You can also opt for a leather-wrapped heated steering wheel. The optional remote start system makes it easy to start your Maverick.

The highest trim level is the LARIAT trim. The seats inside the LARIAT trim come with ActiveX®-trimmed seating material for a leather look. Dual-zone automatic climate control helps you and your co-pilot stay comfortable, even if you prefer it warm and your spouse prefers it cool.
