Meet the Ford Ranger

The Ford Ranger is a midsize truck that does well on and off-road. With it, you get a powerful 2.3L EcoBoost® engine that delivers 270 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. When properly equipped, the Ranger has a maximum towing capacity of 7,500 pounds and a payload capacity of 1,905 pounds.

To help you conquer any terrain, the Ranger has an available Terrain Management System™ with four selectable drive modes:

  • Normal
  • Grass/Gravel/Snow
  • Mud/Ruts
  • Sand

Available Trail Control™ helps your next adventure, too, by acting as off-road cruise control. Your Ranger controls the speed while you focus on steering.

The interior of the Ford Ranger seats a maximum of five. You have the option of standard cloth seats or available leather trim with Miko inserts. While you drive, use the available SYNC® 3 infotainment system to stream music, make calls hands-free, and more. You can also add available in-vehicle navigation, so you always stay on track. Choose Your Ford Ranger Trim

The Ford Ranger has three trim levels:

  • XL
  • XLT
  • Lariat

The XL trim is the base trim level. With it, you get a standard 4x2 powertrain and the ability to add on an available Terrain Management System™. The interior offers cloth seats.

The next trim is the XLT. Dual-zone automatic temperature control is standard, as is a SYNC® 3 infotainment system. The XLT also comes with a power-locking tailgate, letting you secure your cargo load with ease.

The highest-level trim is the Lariat. Leather-trimmed seats are standard, and drivers can enjoy an 8-way power-adjustable seat. An 8-inch touchscreen is standard inside the Lariat, helping to make it easier to use the infotainment system.
