To get started, we'll be looking at Ford Co-Pilot360™, a standard collection of five advanced driver-assist features. This suite acts like a smart co-pilot for you on the road and includes the following systems:

• Auto High-Beam Headlamps: Automatically turns the high beams on and off based on data collected by a windshield-mounted camera that monitors oncoming traffic
• BLIS® (Blind Spot Information System) with Cross-Traffic Alert: Monitors blind spots to help you switch lanes with confidence
• Lane-Keeping System: Monitors your position between the lane lines and alerts you if you begin to drift from your detected lane
• Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking: Decelerates automatically while also providing a visual and audible alert when a front-facing collision seems imminent
• Rear View Camera: Gives you heightened visibility as you're reversing out of a parking spot

SYNC® 4A with Ford + Alexa

As you head out on your daily commute or embark on a long-awaited road trip, the Ford Edge will present you with easily accessible infotainment in the form of standard SYNC® 4A with available Ford + Alexa.

These systems are highly intuitive, giving you the ability to access your favorite playlist, pull up navigation, or even connect to Amazon Prime using the available and massive 12.1-inch touchscreen display or your own voice. If you happen to have smart devices at home, you can get them set up as you pull into the driveway, an appreciated convenience at the end of a long day.

There's also Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ integration. With these features in place, you can connect your compatible smartphone to the vehicle, which makes accessing a range of applications simple.

While you stream audio, surf the web, follow turn-by-turn navigation, and more, your phone can stay juiced up for arrival on the available wireless charging pad.

FordPass™ Connect

With FordPass™ Connect, your smartphone will share a relationship with your vehicle, giving you updates and allowing you to interact with your Ford Edge remotely.

For instance, FordPass™ Connect makes it possible to lock, unlock, or start your vehicle remotely. In addition to this, you'll receive key reminders about service, so you'll never miss a tire rotation or oil change again.

If you're on the open road, you have the ability to compare fuel prices from nearby gas stations. Also, you can look for and reserve parking ahead of time, making your arrival that much more convenient.
